Criteria for Lending:

  • UK based property
  • First Charges
  • Interest rates from 1.25% per month
  • Loan terms 5 days to 12 months
  • Minimum loan size £30,000
  • No up-front processing fees
  • Loans to individuals and limited companies
  • Max loan to value:
    - 80% for residential closed bridges
    - 70% for residential
    - 65% for commercial

Given certain criteria, such as additional security, we will consider loans of up to 100% of the value of the primary secured property.

Lending is against the "Open Market Value" regardless of the purchase price of the property.
