• Mortgage Market started in 1997 and was established in 1999 as a private limited company for independent residential and commercial mortgage advice and mortgage brokerage. Since 2004, our focus has been towards direct mortgage business for first time buyers, residential mortgages and buy to let mortgages. We became multi-registered with a variety of “mortgage packagers” and "mortgage clubs" as well as high street and specialist lenders throughout the UK to be able to give best mortgage advice and recommend the best mortgage products available.
  With access to the whole of market, you get access to a huge range of exclusive mortgage club and specialist mortgage deals as well as preferential arrangements with high street mortgage lenders.

• Our mortgage advisors are office based; no advisors or sales people will visit you. We do not do house calls. Most of our business is carried out by telephone, internet, email, post and fax. You are welcome to meet us at our offices, which overlooks the beautiful Pennines in West Yorkshire. All conversations and information are held in the strictest confidence.

• Our mortgage team has many years experience in mortgage advice, designing solutions, underwriting mortgages, managing mortgage and insurance applications and progressing mortgage solutions for successful results for our clients. We provide a first class added value service to those looking for a mortgage. 80% of our business is derived from existing clients; with the remainder coming by way of our existing clients kindly introducing us to people they know. Our success rate is one of the highest in the country with over 95% of mortgage cases submitted to mortgage lenders achieving appropriate offers of finance.

• We have specialist knowledge and experience in mortgaged residential finance for purchasers, movers, 2nd home and first time buyers. We also have specialist knowledge and experience in arranging non-conforming and adverse credit mortgages, residential investment ('Buy-to-let'), “Let to Buy”, commercial, bridging and secured loans.
  We are directly regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an independent mortgage and insurance broker providing mortgage advice and mortgage recommendations from the whole of market.
